Description: Seafasten Offshore is looking for an administrative assistant to join our team. The company is in constant need of talented people and is looking at continued growth. You will be serving internal and external clients. You are the one behind the scenes that makes things happen for all other business units and external clientele.
Responsibilities:
Support the team and other Internal Customers.
Arranging travel
Scheduling meetings
Prepare agendas
Responding to routine correspondence
Maintaining records or files
Responding to visitors and telephone calls
Desired skills and experience:
Must be able to demonstrate Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint) proficiency
Ability to actively participate in knowledge sharing activities, develop and communicate best practices within formal and informal networks.
Ability to create, edit and proofread proposals/presentations.
Ability to prepare expenses in an accurate and timely manner.
Ability to accept, pick up and deliver mail and packages on a daily basis
Ability to reserve rooms, catering, send invitations and manage responses for events.
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
